World Youth Day Interest Form

The Office of Catholic Youth (OCY) is excited to begin gathering interest for the World Youth Day 2027 pilgrimage to Seoul, South Korea.

We invite young adults ages 19–39 to let us know if they are interested in travelling with OCY for this incredible pilgrimage of faith, prayer, and communion with the universal Church. We are also asking parishes to share whether they are planning to attend on their own, and if so, the approximate number of pilgrims they expect to bring.

The WYD 2027 theme is: “Take courage! I have overcome the world” (John 16:33). Chosen by Pope Francis, this theme encourages young people to place their hope and confidence in Christ in a world often marked by anxiety, division, and rapid change.

World Youth Day is a powerful opportunity to encounter Christ, grow in faith, and join young Catholics from around the world in a joyful pilgrimage. As we begin preparing for Seoul 2027, OCY looks forward to hearing from young adults and parish communities who may wish to take part in this exciting journey.
