Interfaith Ramadan Iftar Dinner

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar and one of the most sacred times for Muslims. They observe a strict daily fast from dawn until sunset. They are not allowed to eat or drink, not even water, during these daylight hours. The fast is broken at sundown with a prayer and meal called “Iftar”, often shared among family and friends. Office for Interreligious Dialogue, Archdiocese of Toronto invites you to have this beautiful experience, with our Muslim friends and other community members.
